AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES
Please review the The Constitution of The United States, Article 1, Section 8,
Clause 11 and decide for yourself if allowing the
President to send our sons, duaghters, brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers to fight and die in Iraq for
"Freedom" and "Democracy", without a declaration of war by Congress, is Constitutional or not.
Then review the "Authorizations" below, which were used in place of an actual declaration of war, and
note that United Nations Resolutions, and enforcing such, according to the proponents of these "Authorizations", are
apparently equal to or of greater importance than that of our rule of law as secured by our Constituiton.

other peaceful means alone either (A) will not adequately
protect the national security of the United States against the

enforcement of all relevant United Nations Security Council
resolutions regarding Iraq; and
(2) acting pursuant to this joint resolution is consistent
with the United States and other countries continuing to take
the necessary actions against international terrorist and
terrorist organizations, including those nations, organizations,
